The Trump administration is actively negotiating with multiple countries to accept deported migrants from the U.S., according to officials familiar with the matter, as reported by The Wall Street Journal.

Kosovo is among the countries under consideration, alongside Libya, Rwanda, Benin, Eswatini, Moldova, and Mongolia, as potential destinations for individuals the U.S. seeks to deport.

The administration aims to strike deals with these nations, possibly in exchange for financial aid or political incentives, helping former President Donald Trump fulfill one of his key domestic policy priorities.

This initiative follows a similar agreement with Panama in February, where a flight carrying over 100 migrants, mostly from the Middle East, was sent to the Central American country. Panama then detained the migrants and worked on their repatriation.
