U.S. President Donald Trump said that resolving the war launched by Russia against Ukraine has proven to be more difficult than achieving peace in the Middle East.
Trump made these remarks during a meeting with Canadian Prime Minister Mark Carney.
He also emphasized that during his term, he had reached seven great agreements and had proposed a peace plan for Gaza.
Speaking about Russia’s war against Ukraine, Trump repeated his earlier comments about the large number of casualties, describing the situation as “crazy.”
“I thought it would have been one of the easiest. I got along very well with Putin and thought it would have been easy. I’m very disappointed with him because I thought this would have been easy to solve, but it turned out to be maybe harder than the Middle East,” said Trump.
