Donald Trump has warned Iran that if it does not fully reopen the Strait of Hormuz within 48 hours, the United States will strike and destroy Iranian power plants.
The threat comes after Iran closed the vital maritime corridor, driving up oil prices and raising the risk of escalating tensions with the United States and Israel.
