Trump Media & Technology Group (TMTG), led by U.S. President Donald Trump, is launching its own TV streaming platform called Truth+. The application will be available worldwide and will allow viewers to access content from the American pro-Republican cable channel, Newsmax, as part of the package.

Censorship-Free Content and Global Ambitions

Truth+ is announced to offer uncensored content, focusing on family values and alternative perspectives on social issues.

Devin Nunes, President of Trump Media, thanked Newsmax for their cooperation, stating there is a global need for “new perspectives on the big topics of today.”

Chris Ruddy, Newsmax CEO, also described the expanded cooperation with Trump Media as a “logical progression of events,” praising the success of the Truth Social platform in the U.S. and the new Truth+ project.

“Now is the time to conquer the global market,” Ruddy said, as reported by RTS.

Strategic Expansion and Market Impact

Newsmax went public in March of this year, and Truth+’s goal is to expand influence beyond the U.S. Truth+ is part of a broader media strategy by Trump Media, which already operates the Truth Social social network, established as a response to what they describe as “censorship by big tech companies.”

Although the platform has officially launched, the company states that Truth+ is still in a beta testing phase, during which user feedback will be collected to improve the service.

Following the news of the platform’s launch, Trump Media shares rose by 0.6 percent, reaching $19.06, while Newsmax shares fell by 2.6 percent to $14.65.
