U.S. President Donald Trump is scheduled to meet with British Prime Minister Keir Starmer at his residence on Thursday, as his state visit moves from royal pageantry to political discussions.
The leaders are expected to hold a joint press conference after the meeting, where key bilateral issues will be addressed.
During a royal engagement on Wednesday evening, Trump told guests that his second state visit was one of the “greatest honors of his life.” Meanwhile, the King praised the president’s “personal commitment to finding solutions to some of the world’s toughest conflicts.”
On Wednesday, President Trump was welcomed at Windsor by the King, the Queen, and a large number of senior members of the royal family, marking the start of his official agenda in the United Kingdom.
