U.S. President Donald Trump has firmly stated that he will not reduce the country’s military budget, which currently stands at $1 trillion. Dismissing rumors of potential cuts, Trump declared, “We just got a $1 trillion military budget. People asked me if I’d cut it—I said, ‘No, not even 10 cents.’”
While rejecting any cuts to the defense budget, Trump acknowledged the possibility of making savings in other government areas.
He also highlighted the evolution of modern warfare, pointing out that drone technology has significantly transformed military operations. “They’ve introduced something called a drone,” he said, emphasizing the need for soldiers to adapt to a completely new form of warfare.
