U.S. President Donald Trump, on his social network platform Truth, warned Russian President Vladimir Putin that he must reach an agreement to end the ongoing war with Ukraine or face more sanctions from the United States and its allies.
Trump stated that if no agreement is reached soon to end the war, there is no other solution except to impose high taxes and sanctions on everything Russia sells to the U.S. and other participating countries.
“If we don’t make a ‘deal,’ and soon, I have no other choice but to impose high levels of taxes, tariffs, and sanctions on everything Russia sells to the United States and to other participating countries. Let’s end this war, which would never have started if I were President, we can do it the easy way, or the hard way – and it’s time to make a deal. NO MORE LIVES SHOULD BE LOST!!!”
