U.S. President Donald Trump stated that the remaining hostages are expected to be freed by Monday or Tuesday.
He described the operation as a complicated process, noting that “they are in places you wouldn’t want to be,” according to BBC reports.
Trump added that it will be a day of celebration and mentioned his intention to travel there personally.
“We will go to Egypt where we will have a signing,” he said, explaining that one agreement has already been made in his name, but a formal signing will take place.
Earlier, the President had indicated that the hostages “might be released on Monday.”
