U.S. President Donald Trump stated that the ongoing negotiations with Iran involve key political figures, including Secretary of State Marco Rubio and Vice President JD Vance.
“We are negotiating with Iran, and the negotiations involve, among others, Secretary Rubio and Vice President Vance. Iran wants a deal,” Trump said.
He added that they are communicating with “the right people” and that the Iranians are determined to reach an agreement.
“They want to finalize the deal at any cost—you have no idea how much they care,” the former president said, calling the effort a “major success” in relations with Iran.
