U.S. President Donald Trump has warned that if Hamas continues to violate the recently reached agreement, its end will come “swiftly, fiercely, and brutally.”
He stated that several of America’s allies in the Middle East have expressed readiness to intervene in Gaza if Hamas continues its hostile actions.
Trump’s statement:
“Many of our great allies in the Middle East and surrounding areas have clearly, strongly, and enthusiastically informed me that, at my request, they would welcome the opportunity to enter GAZA with substantial forces to ‘straighten out Hamas’ if Hamas continues to misbehave and violate the agreement with us. The love and commitment to the Middle East have not been seen like this in a thousand years! It’s a wonderful thing to witness!
I told these countries and Israel: ‘Not yet!’ There is still hope that Hamas will act properly. If not, the end of Hamas will be swift, fierce, and brutal!
I want to thank all those nations that called to offer assistance. I also want to thank the great and powerful country of Indonesia, and its wonderful leader, for all the help they have shown and provided to the Middle East and to the United States.
