Turkey Confirms Participation in Two Tripartite Meetings for Peace in Ukraine

Turkish officials have confirmed that two tripartite meetings will be held on Friday as part of efforts to find a diplomatic solution to the war in Ukraine.

The first meeting is scheduled for 09:45 local time and will include Turkey, the United States, and Ukraine, according to Reuters.

The second and more significant meeting of the day is planned for 11:30 and will bring together delegations from Turkey, Russia, and Ukraine for direct negotiations.

The Ukrainian delegation will be led by Defense Minister Rustem Umerov, while the Russian side will be represented by Vladimir Medinsky, assistant to President Vladimir Putin.
