Tirana, Albania – The Turkish Ministry of Foreign Affairs has extended its congratulations to Albania on the occasion of November 28, marking both the Day of the Flag and Independence Day.
In its message, Turkey highlighted the strong friendship and close ties between the two countries, describing Albania as a key strategic ally and partner.
“Happy November 28, the Day of the Flag and Independence Day, to our strategic ally and partner, Albania,” the Ministry tweeted.
