The Ministry of Defense of Turkey has announced that the country has successfully completed its term as commander of the Kosovo Force (KFOR) during the period of October 2023 to 2024, and will assume this responsibility again for a one-year term starting in October 2025.
“Our country, which successfully fulfilled the duty of commanding the Kosovo Peacekeeping Force (KFOR) during the period from October 2023 to 2024, will take on this duty again for one year starting from October 2025.”
Turkey, having successfully led the KFOR command during the period of October 2023 to 2024, will once again assume this role for a one-year term starting in October 2025.
