Two men tragically died this Monday morning in Gjakova after falling from a construction site, according to Kosovo Police. Local media reports identified the victims as construction workers.

Sheremet Elezaj, spokesperson for the Kosovo Police in the Gjakova region, stated that the victims fell from a height at a building under construction and succumbed to their injuries. According to the Labor Inspectorate’s 2024 report, seven work-related fatalities were recorded last year.
