Two police officers testify in the court session of the “Banjska” case

The court session in the Banjska case is currently underway, where today the testimonies of police officers Fahri Shala and Sedat Dushi will be heard.

Dushan Maksimović, Blagoje Spasojević, and Vladimir Tolić are the three defendants currently in pre-trial detention. They were brought to the courtroom under strict security measures.

On September 11, the Chief Prosecutor of the Special Prosecution of Kosovo, Blerim Isufaj, confirmed the indictment filed in the Banjska case, in which Sergeant Afrim Bunjaku was killed.

Up to now, police officers Avni Shala, Elez Peci, Mirsad Kryeziu, Çlirim Shaqiri, and Alban Rashiti have already testified.
