Two Wanted Individuals (One Serbian and One Albanian) Detained at Jarinjë Border Crossing

The Kosovo Police have apprehended two individuals listed on wanted notices at the Jarinjë border crossing.

According to sources the first incident occurred around 2:40 AM, when during an exit inspection, Zene Mulaj, approximately 43 years old from Mitrovica and wanted by the Basic Court of Mitrovica, was stopped.

He was taken into custody by the NJNSH unit and transferred to the Bistrica Police Station, before being handed over to the relevant police unit in South Mitrovica.

Additionally around 2:30 AM, at the entry point of the crossing, police detained a Serbian citizen, approximately 40 years old from Zvezdara, who is wanted by regional investigators in Mitrovica. Following the recommendation of the case investigator, he was taken to the police station for further processing.

Note: The individuals mentioned in this article are presumed innocent until proven guilty by a final court ruling.
