The U.S. Embassy in Kosovo has welcomed the commencement of the election campaign.
In a statement on Facebook, the U.S. Embassy expressed expectations that political parties will uphold their strong democratic traditions.
“Free, fair, and transparent elections are the foundation of democracy, and we expect all participants to respect the rule of law and democratic processes,” the statement further reads.
