The United Kingdom’s Ambassador to Kosovo, Jonathan Hargreaves, held a meeting with the leader of the Alliance for the Future of Kosovo (AAK), Ramush Haradinaj.
Hargreaves stated that he discussed with Haradinaj the importance of forming Kosovo’s new institutions as soon as possible in the new year.
This, he emphasized, would enable Kosovo to be fully engaged in the EU-facilitated dialogue with Serbia and to advance its efforts toward membership in international organizations.
“This afternoon I met with the AAK Chairman, Ramush Haradinaj. We had a good discussion, expressing our hope that institutions will be formed as soon as possible in the new year, so that Kosovo can fully engage in the EU-facilitated dialogue and make progress on its path toward membership in international organizations,” he said.
