Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky announced that Ukraine has been officially invited to participate in the upcoming NATO Summit, scheduled to take place later this month in The Hague, Netherlands.

According to international media outlets, the summit will be held on June 24–25, with support for Ukraine expected to be a central topic of discussion among NATO member states.

“We were invited to the NATO summit. I believe this is important,” Zelensky stated, underscoring the symbolic and strategic weight of Ukraine’s participation.

However, the Ukrainian leader did not specify who would represent the country at the summit.

Zelensky has repeatedly urged NATO to provide Ukraine with security guarantees, particularly in the event of a ceasefire or peace deal with Russia. His administration has also intensified efforts to formally join the transatlantic alliance, framing NATO membership as a crucial element of Ukraine’s long-term security.
