With deep sorrow, the Association of Journalists of Kosovo (AGK) has announced the passing of Ukrainian journalist Olga Priadko at the age of 51. Priadko, who had been living in Prishtina for over two years with her son, Yaroslav, was part of the “Journalists in Residence – Kosovo” program.

Priadko was celebrated for her unwavering commitment to journalism, using her craft to shed light on important stories and realities. Her work resonated deeply within the media community, leaving a lasting impact on her colleagues and readers.
She passed away at her residence in Prishtina, where she had built a temporary home amid challenging circumstances in her native Ukraine.
