The former Cold War-era structure is being repurposed to offer new opportunities for artistic innovation and community engagement, turning a space once associated with conflict into one of creativity and connection.
This initiative is part of the Creative Industries Project, supported by the Embassy of the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg in Prishtina. Its aim is to accelerate local development through strategic planning and a stronger cultural and creative offering at the municipal level.
