Under strict security measures, three of the 45 suspects in the terrorist attack in Banjskë have been brought to the Basic Court of Pristina. Dushan Maksimović, Vladimir Tolić, and Blagoje Spasojević are the three suspects involved in the attack that resulted in the death of police officer Afrim Bunjaku.

Three of the 42 defendants in the terrorist attack that killed Kosovo police officer Afrim Bunjaku in Banjskë, Zveçan, have been in pre-trial detention since September 24 and 25. For the other 42 suspects in the “Banjskë” case, it has been proposed that the trial be held in their absence.

The indictment for the attack in Banjskë was filed two weeks ago by the Special Prosecutor’s Office.

The case prosecutor, Naim Abazi, stated before the media that 66 interviews have been conducted with witnesses and defendants, 120 electronic devices have been collected as evidence, and 1,266 weapons and other equipment have been seized.
