Milloš Vučević is a candidate for the Prime Minister of Serbia proposed by President Aleksandar Vučić, despite suspicions that he was the organizer of the terrorist attack in Banjska in Zvečan. This is seen by connoisseurs of political developments in Belgrade and a former military from Kosovo as a risk for the escalation of the situation in Kosovo.
In the eyes of the atypical Serbian politician Nenad Čanak, when a Minister of Defense becomes Prime Minister, it clearly indicates a complete continuity of the military doctrine that has been followed until now.
“I think that the results of the presidential elections in the USA and a possible Russian offensive in Ukraine or an escalation in another part of the world caused by the Kremlin could increase tensions in the region,” says Čanak.
Čanak also emphasizes that the issue at this stage is “the waiting for the weakening of NATO’s attention in Kosovo and Bosnia and Herzegovina,” and then using this weakening of attention for “a possible military intervention and internal militarization in Serbia.”
Meha: Installation of the Serbo-Russian network within the institutions of Kosovo
The political analyst, Xhevat Meha, says that this proposal is solid evidence that Serbia has several elements that would provoke conflict in Kosovo.
He lists several options which he elaborates on and are ‘real’ for conflict in Kosovo.
“The proposal of Vučević for Prime Minister of Serbia I see not only as a hypothetical risk but a real step towards the initiation of conflicts by Serbia, whether in Kosovo, Bosnia, or both remains to be seen. I see several solid elements that Serbia will start a conflict in Kosovo:
- The advancement of war scenarios by the strongly installed Russian network within the institutions of Serbia. – The opening of other war fronts is a policy of Putin that is expected to be realized in the Balkans.
- The installation of the Serbo-Russian network within the institutions of Kosovo. – This network has been solidly installed within the institutions of Kosovo and surely Serbia tries to activate it in a state of war. However, the activation of this network by Serbia gives Kosovo a golden opportunity to treat the actions of this network with the laws of war.
- False Serbo-Russian myths. – Both Serbia and Russia have their existence and survival in false myths. Seeing that they are losing Kosovo, they initiate conflict to build narratives of the myths they need.
- Actions of the government of Kosovo. – The government of Kosovo with its implemented policy has helped in creating conditions for the opening of conflict in two directions: i) It has spoiled relations with allies, which surely Serbia and Russia are ready to exploit, and ii) It has aggravated relations with the Serbs of Kosovo with some of its actions, leading to a loss of trust of many Serbian citizens of Kosovo in the government of Kosovo,” explains Meha for “Bota sot”.
Qarri: Vučević should be in jail, or at least excluded from active political activity, in Serbia
Analyst Gani Qarri also says that Vučević, in reality, should be in jail, but has been given the mandate and the opportunity to organize even new terrorist attacks in Kosovo.
Throughout all this, he says that the international community, which failed to take any punitive measures against Serbia, is also to blame.
“The practical impunity with adequate sanctioning measures of the Serbian terrorist attack in Banja of Zvečan by the international community, as well as the failure to file criminal charges against the chief terrorist Milan Radojčić and other Serbian terrorists who participated with him in the act of September 24, 2023, where the hero police officer Afrim Bunjaku was also killed, by the exhausted justice system of Kosovo, gave free rein to the criminal and successor of the Balkan butcher Slobodan Milošević, Aleksandar Vučić, to propose for the Prime Minister of Serbia, in the government coming to power with stolen votes, precisely the organizer of the terrorist attack of Banja in Zvečan, Milloš Vučević.
In fact, Vučević, who really should be in jail, or at least excluded from active political activity in Serbia, with his appointment as the Prime Minister of Serbia, the non-sanctioning of the Serbian state for the terrorist act of Banja by the international community and the failure to file a single criminal complaint by the Special Prosecutor’s Office of Kosovo, has been given the mandate and the opportunity to organize even new terrorist attacks in Kosovo.
Thus, as much as Aleksandar Vučić is to blame for proposing Milloš Vučević for Prime Minister of Serbia although he is suspected of being the organizer of the terrorist attack in Banja of Zvečan, so much more, if not more, is the international community to blame, which not only did not take any punitive measures against Serbia but also used an extremely monotonous and unclear vocabulary, to the extent that they just stopped short of publicly expressing the same opinion with Vučić, or even publicly praising Vučić for the terrorist attack in Banja, thus becoming a strong arm for them in this direction along with the Special Prosecutor and the rotten judiciary of Kosovo which, despite over 6 months passing and entering the 7th month since the Serbian terrorist attack, have not filed a single lawsuit against the authors of the terrorist attack in Banja of Zvečan,” he states.
Further, the analyst states that the attack in Banjska also violated the constitution and law in Kosovo and endangered the territorial sovereignty of the Republic of Kosovo in the most severe and blatant manner.
“Therefore, experts on political developments in Serbia and famous ex-military personnel from Kosovo, as a risk for escalation of the situation in Kosovo, should not only look at Serbia, Vučić, Vučević, or Milan Radojčić, but also at the Chief Prosecutor of the Special Prosecutor’s Office who so easily withdrew, without giving any explanation to anyone in Kosovo, the arrest warrant against the chief terrorist Milan Radojčić, and together with his friends and well-wishers in the Special Prosecutor’s Office, even after over 6 months and entering the second week of the 7th month since the Serbian terrorist attack in Banja of Zvečan, to this day, have not filed a single lawsuit against the Serbian terrorists, as if in their armed wait, a pigeon was killed in the trees of the mountain, and not a sergeant of the Kosovo Police, the hero Afrim Bunjaku.
With the terrorist attack in Banja of Zvečan, not only by Serbian terrorists but also by hegemonic Serbia itself, the territorial integrity of the Republic of Kosovo, the law, and the constitution of our state were publicly violated, and the territorial sovereignty of the Republic of Kosovo was endangered in the most severe and blatant manner.
Therefore, in the eyes of the atypical Serbian politician Nenad Čanak, when a Minister of Defense becomes Prime Minister, of a country that not only threatens but also attacks neighboring countries, including open terrorist acts such as the terrorist attack in Banja of Zvečan, clearly indicates a complete continuity of the military doctrine that Serbia has continuously followed for over three decades, from attacks in Croatia, Bosnia, to Kosovo,” he further expresses.
In conclusion, he states that Kosovo continues to remain the center of Serbia’s aims for new terrorist attacks.
He adds regarding the risk from Vučić, that he actualize these symbols and repeat the terrorist act of Banja of Zvečan with a second attack, similar or even more.
“Kosovo continues to remain the center of Serbia’s aims for new terrorist attacks and further intelligence and guerrilla destabilization, as long as the Special Prosecutor’s Office, which to its shame, has so easily and without any explanation or accountability withdrawn the arrest warrant against the Serbian chief terrorist Milan Radojčić, does not act nor behaves according to its obligations to the state and citizens, based on the law and constitution of the country, for filing lawsuits against terrorists and Serbian criminal groups and organizations that organize terrorist attacks and kill state police officers on duty, as chief terrorist Radojčić & Co did in late September last year, within the territory of Kosovo!
As for the risk from Vučić, that he actualizes these symbols and repeats the terrorist act of Banja of Zvečan with a second attack, similar or even more, this does not depend only on Vučić who, in fact, since Kosovo’s liberation from Serbian occupation, for our state, is just an external factor, from which our country has been continuously threatened since the classic occupation years of Kosovo by hegemonic Serbia.
Because, to carry out a similar or the same attack as last year, in Banja of Zvečan, Vučić and Serbia need internal collaborators and the silent consent or even collusion of members of the peacekeeping forces stationed in Kosovo, especially those assigned to care for the borders and security of the northern part of our country, since the support of the Special Prosecutor’s Office and a large part of the rotten justice system of Kosovo, is seen openly, that not only has it never been lost, but even 25 years after the liberation of Kosovo from Serbia, the former chief of Serbian intelligence, Aleksandar Vučić enjoys it today, even in extremely high and terribly worrying dimensions for the state and citizens of the Republic of Kosovo.
The main suspicions and the base fear, also based on past acts, signal especially to the chief prosecutor of the Special Prosecutor’s Office, who besides withdrawing the arrest warrant against Milan Radojčić without any explanation, even now as we leave the second week of the 7th month since the Serbian terrorist attack in Banja of Zvečan, not only has not raised any lawsuit against Radojčić and other Serbian terrorists participating in that attack and has not given any explanations, for this legally inexcusable action, but there’s fear that in coordination with some anti-Kosovo internationals, and a part of the criminalized opposition, including the chief prosecutor of the Special Prosecutor’s Office themselves, aim to forcibly compel the Kurti Government to make painful concessions, in the north of our country, to fascist Serbia and criminal Vučić, proving that besides external enemies, Kosovo is in a fight, for life or death also with internal enemies that someone is deliberately trying to empower as much as possible, on one side, and on the other side, to make as invisible as possible to the citizens, until they completely fulfill their mission, for the destruction of the state of Kosovo,” concludes Qarri for “Bota sot”.
