Kosovo Police have entered nine Serbian post offices in the North, reports “Kossev.”

For Gazeta Express, the Deputy Director of Police in the North, Veton Elshani, said this action was taken after receiving information that these offices were operating without a license and without registration with the ARBK (Agency for Regulatory Compliance in Kosovo). He confirmed that this information proved to be accurate.

Elshani informed that the State Prosecutor has been notified and that the police will continue according to his directives.

“Following a letter/information received from ARKEP (Kosovo Regulatory Authority for Electronic and Postal Communications), stating that economic operators are operating in Kosovo without a license and unregistered with ARBK, police units went to verify this information. The information proved to be accurate, at which point the police notified the State Prosecutor, and we will proceed according to his authorizations,” Elshani told Express.

“Kossev” has also published photographs.
