The U.S. Embassy in Kosovo has announced that the U.S. Department of Defense recently hosted a high-level delegation from Kosovo, led by acting Defense Minister Ejup Maqedonci.
In a Facebook post, the U.S. Embassy highlighted that Minister Maqedonci, Lieutenant General Bashkim Jashari, and other representatives from the Kosovo Security Force (KSF) visited Washington last week. During their visit, they participated in Bilateral Defense Consultations.
These consultations aim to strengthen Kosovo’s capabilities to ensure stability and security, both for itself and for the wider region.
“Developing a strong security partner is key to ensuring stability and for the economic growth and prosperity of both countries,” the embassy’s announcement underscored.
