Wylita Bell, the Chargé d’Affaires at the US Embassy in Kosovo, met with the newly appointed KFOR Commander, Major General Roberto Vergori.
According to the US Embassy, the meeting highlighted the importance of stability and peace in Kosovo and the wider region.
“The United States remains committed to supporting the KFOR mission in maintaining stability in Kosovo and the region,” the embassy stated.
Italian Major General Roberto Vergori took command of KFOR this month, succeeding Turkish Major General Özkan Ulutaş.
