The United States will provide advanced intelligence on long-range energy infrastructure targets within Russian territory, Reuters confirmed, citing two U.S. officials.

This decision marks a significant shift in U.S. policy, approved by President Donald Trump, who in recent weeks has taken a tougher stance on Russia in an effort to end the three-year conflict in Ukraine.

In addition to sharing intelligence, the U.S. is calling on NATO allies to offer similar support to Ukraine. Discussions are also underway regarding the potential supply of long-range Tomahawk missiles, which would give Kyiv additional capability to strike deep within Russian territory.

This move signals an escalation of Western support for Ukraine and increased pressure on Moscow at a pivotal moment in the ongoing conflict.
