U.S. Vice President J.D. Vance has indicated that President Donald Trump “may decide he needs to take further action” to halt Iran’s nuclear program.

In a social media post, Vance stated that Iran has been “enriching uranium well beyond the level necessary for any civilian purpose,” suggesting that the U.S. President “may decide he needs to take further action to stop Iranian enrichment.”

Vance praised “Trump’s restraint in keeping our military’s focus” on protecting troops and civilians. He added that he has yet to see “any good argument for why Iran was justified in violating its non-proliferation obligations.”

He concluded by assuring that Trump “is only interested in using the American military to achieve the goals of the American people.” “Whatever he does, this is his focus.”
