The Minister of Defense of Albania, Pirro Vengu, today hosted the Commander of the Kosovo Security Force (KSF), Lieutenant General Bashkim Jashari.
Through a Facebook post, Minister Vengu emphasized that the cooperation between the two forces continues to expand, built on the foundations of a strategic and brotherly partnership.
“Together with the Chief of the General Staff of the Armed Forces – Lieutenant General Arben Kingji, today I had the pleasure of welcoming the Commander of the Kosovo Security Force, Lieutenant General Bashkim Jashari. The strategic and brotherly cooperation between our two forces continues to deepen: from military education and training, to the development of the defense industry, joint participation in exercises, and shared efforts in regional initiatives,” Vengu wrote.
The Minister further expressed his commitment to fully integrating Kosovo into Euro-Atlantic security structures.
“Together, we will work to make Kosovo a full part of the Euro-Atlantic security architecture,” he stated.
