U.S. Deputy Secretary of State for Management and Resources, Richard Verma, has arrived in Pristina.
He has already arrived at the Presidency, where he was welcomed by the country’s President, Vjosa Osmani.
The U.S. Department of State announced that Verma will discuss the normalization of Kosovo’s relations with Serbia through the EU-facilitated dialogue, as well as strengthening governance and the rule of law, promoting economic growth, and enhancing energy security for the benefit of all Kosovars.
Before arriving in Kosovo, the U.S. official visited Albania, and after Kosovo, he will visit Serbia.
