Dr. Ivan Videnovic, a professor at the University of Belgrade, has issued an apology “on behalf of 5,000 Serbs who still do not have the opportunity to place flowers at Batajnica, where there was a mass grave containing the bodies of 700 Albanians killed during the Kosovo war.”
Videnovic added that his 5,000 Serbian voters may not be a large number, but it was a good place to start.
