Mayor of Vitia Reacts to Death of Kosovar Girl in Graz, Austria Shooting

The young woman from Kosovo killed in the tragic shooting in Graz, Austria, has been identified as Lea Bajrami from the municipality of Vitia.

Sokol Haliti, the Mayor of Vitia, confirmed the news and extended his condolences to the Bajrami family.

On my personal behalf and on behalf of the Municipality of Vitia, I express my most sincere and deepest condolences. We are with you in this difficult moment and pray that God gives you strength to cope with this great pain. Her memory will always remain alive among us,” Haliti wrote on Facebook.

It is noted that Austria’s Interior Minister confirmed that among the victims killed in the high school attack in Graz, there were six girls and three boys.
