At 19:00, voting for the November 9 runoff officially concluded.

The Central Election Commission (CEC) reported that by 18:00, out of 1,628 polling stations, 1,613 had recorded a total of 374,235 voters, representing a 28.42% turnout.

The total number of registered voters in these local elections is 1,316,672.

According to the law, voting continues only in polling stations where voters are still present. Stations remain open until the last voter in line has cast their ballot, while stations with no remaining voters are officially closed.
