The Ministry of Education, Science, Technology, and Innovation (MASHTI) has announced the opening of registration for early childhood education institutions in the Voucher Program.
The call applies to all municipalities with licensed private and public-private institutions.
“The Voucher Program, which will run until June 2028, aims to support families registered in the Social Assistance Scheme through reimbursement to institutions providing education and transport for children. The reimbursement for child education will be determined by market prices and the respective municipality, up to €150 per child per month,” the Ministry stated.
Transport costs will only be covered for institutions offering this service, with the amount determined by the Application Evaluation Commission based on the municipality and distance.
Institutions that participated in pilot programs in Pristina, Gjilan, and Lipjan are also eligible to apply.
Registrations are open from August 25 to September 8, 2025.
