Serbian President Aleksandar Vučić announced today in Niš that he intends to create “Ćacilend” — multi-day gatherings and tent settlements modeled after the ongoing one in Belgrade — all across Serbia, emphasizing the presence of children eager to learn nationwide.

Speaking ahead of the “All-National Assembly” organized by the ruling authorities to promote the “Movement for the People and the State,” Vučić said the initiative aims to restore knowledge and learning in schools as a key part of the government’s agenda.

He stressed,
“They [participants] will not attack or block anyone; it is our duty to clearly state that this is the ideal in Serbia.”

On the economic front, Vučić highlighted that Serbia’s economy is starting to reduce the lag against its planned goals from earlier this year, but added that this gap will only close when the blockaders stop damaging their own country.

Vučić also revealed upcoming projects in Niš, including the construction of a maternity hospital and sections of the Clinical Center for cardiovascular diseases, along with infrastructure completion and efforts to attract new investors. He promised to share further details during the evening event.

Addressing political opposition, Vučić said the event starting at 6:00 PM is not about competing with anyone and expressed disdain for the NGO CRTA, accusing it of harming the country.

“I am the President of Serbia, and I care about Serbia’s development,” he concluded.
