Analyst Rexhep Elezaj has stated that Vučić delivered a speech in Loznica, during which he openly threatened Kosovo.
His statement, “The darkness before dawn is the thickest… the world is changing, and we will see how events unfold… and, I know what I am saying…!?” clearly indicates that he is threatening Kosovo with the notion that the world is changing, Russia is winning in Ukraine, and that the situation in Kosovo will subsequently change as well.

The chief Chetnik, fascist, racist, greater Serbian nationalist, and the most fervent anti-Albanian, the President of Serbia, Aleksandar Vučić, in his speech in Loznica moments ago, addressed those present at the 29th anniversary of the Croatian “Operation Storm” in Knin, where in 1995 Croatian forces expelled around 200,000 Serbs.
Speaking about the Serbs in Kosovo, “who are being imprisoned every day in the prisons of Pristina and who are being expelled from Kosovo,” he said, among other things:

“Mrak je najžušći pred Zore.. svet se menja, i videćemo kako će se dogođaji teči, a ja znam šta kažem….”, translated to English: “The darkness before dawn is the thickest… the world is changing, and we will see how events unfold… and, I know what I am saying…!?”
In my opinion, this statement contains an open threat against Kosovo, as he implies that the world is changing, and that Russia is winning in Ukraine, after which the situation in Kosovo will also change. Furthermore, according to him, there will no longer be expulsions of Serbs by “Albanian terrorists” there…!?
