Kosovo’s Prime Minister, Albin Kurti, was asked today by reporters about the warning issued by Serbia’s President, Aleksandar Vucic, that Serbia will take “serious measures” against Kosovo within the next 72 hours.

Kurti declined to comment on Vucic’s statement, which followed a meeting with Lajcak in Belgrade today.

“You know that I generally do not like to comment on news, let alone warnings,” Kurti told reporters.

Vučić stated today that Serbia will take “serious measures” against Kosovo within 72 hours.

“We will respond with serious measures in 72 hours. Serbia is always in favor of dialogue, I am always ready for it, but Serbia will not allow the persecution of the Serbian population,” Vučić wrote.
