The General Council of Vetëvendosje (VV) will convene today at 11:00 AM, as announced by Albin Kurti on Thursday.
During the meeting, Kurti is expected to be confirmed as the mandate holder to form the new government.
Over a week ago, Dimal Basha concluded the process of constituting the Assembly without electing the Serb deputy speaker, leaving some institutional roles unresolved.
Meanwhile, the Constitutional Court has decided that no steps should be taken toward forming new institutions until September 30, citing potential risks of irreparable damage.
