Zoran Kostić and Dragan Milović, both accused of war crimes against the civilian population in Kosovo, appeared today before the Basic Court in Pristina.
The hearing is taking place at the court premises, where the testimony of witness Naim Haliti will be heard today.
In previous sessions, the court heard the testimonies of two witnesses for the prosecution, Habib Mustafa and Rrahim Tahiri.
According to the indictment, Kostić and Milović, as members of the Serbian police, are accused of acting in coordination with Serbian military and paramilitary forces in committing crimes against Kosovar civilians during the war years.
