The War Damages Association “Ngritja e Zërit” will submit, for the 13th time, a new set of files to the Constitutional Court of Kosovo regarding compensation for war damages.
The files concern requests for a review of the constitutionality of rulings issued by the Supreme Court of Kosovo.
The submission is scheduled for tomorrow at 10:00 AM.
Previously, the head of the association, Jahir Bejta, expressed hope that the Constitutional Court will correct what he described as a misjudgment by the Supreme Court.
