The Prime Minister of Kosovo, Albin Kurti, has received a congratulatory message from his Albanian counterpart, Edi Rama, on the occasion of the 17th anniversary of the declaration of Kosovo’s independence.
In the letter sent to Kurti, Rama expresses his respect for the founders of the Republic, conveying gratitude to them.
Furthermore, Rama mentions the assistance of Kosovo’s allies in the establishment of its democratic institutions.
“Beyond the numerous challenges and great sacrifices, with the continuous and invaluable support of our irreplaceable allies, the United States of America and the European Union, the Republic of Kosovo has achieved unimaginable progress in building democratic institutions and the Rule of Law,” the letter reads.
Additionally, Rama emphasizes his and the Republic of Albania’s commitment to comprehensive cooperation.
