The seized villa of Milan Radojičić by Lake Ujman continues to be guarded by the Kosovo Police.
However, more than six months after the implementation of the Administrative Instruction that allowed the Ministry of Internal Affairs to take control, the multimillion-dollar property is not being utilized.
Minister Xhelal Sveçla had stated that the villa would be transformed into a police station.
But the Directorate of Police in the north claims that the number of police officers assigned to guard the villa is sufficient.
Elshani did not rule out issues with the security cameras but emphasized that the property is secure.
In May of the previous year, the Pristina Court gave approval for renting out the seized property of the main suspect in the Banjskë attack, Milan Radojičić, after the final restraining order was enforced.
The Asset Management Agency for Seized and Confiscated Property had considered renting as one of the most appropriate methods for managing the property until the completion of the judicial process.
