Paul Williams, the legal advisor to the Kosovar delegation during the Rambouillet negotiations, concluded his testimony on Thursday at the Specialist Chambers.
He testified in defense of the leaders of the Kosovo Liberation Army (KLA) – Hashim Thaçi, Kadri Veseli, Jakup Krasniqi, and Rexhep Selimi – who stand accused of alleged war crimes.
Williams began his testimony yesterday, becoming the second defense witness, following James Rubin.
The trial proceedings are expected to continue on Monday with the next witness proposed by the defense.
