Not infrequently, Serbian President Aleksandar Vučić uses war-inciting rhetoric towards Kosovo. In a statement issued in recent months, he has given a warning to the West, according to which they must choose between Kosovo and Serbia.
Vučić has implied that if the West chooses Kosovo, they will not have Serbia.
“It’s not a problem if you love them and not us; if you love them, you will not have us. You love them and want to help them, we will survive! But we are sufficiently educated, sufficiently wise and brave, and we have learned enough and gained enough experience from all that you have done to us over the past 25 years to wait for the best possible moment and seize the opportunity, our chance,” Vučić said in March.
For these statements, the Albanian-American military officer Muharrem Maralusha has responded to him, as reported by Bota Sot.
In a Facebook post, Maralusha has warned the Serbian president that if he uses force against Kosovo, the Albanians’ war will move deep inside Serbia.
“A social reminder for Vučić:
In case you decide to use force against Kosovo, we (Albanians) will transfer the war deep into your country.
This will be achieved through unconventional warfare, for which you are not ready.
Operational plans for this type of war (against your country) are in place (developed over the last 20 years, and continuously updated/improved),” wrote General Maralusha.
