The Board of the Energy Regulatory Office (ZRRE) has started its meeting, where a decision is expected regarding the proposed 15% increase in electricity prices.
During discussions on the agenda items, the meeting was accompanied by tensions between the journalists and the Chair of the Board, Ymer Fejzullahu.
A journalist requested to ask a question but was not allowed to do so.
“Is it allowed to ask a question?”, the journalist asked, while Fejzullahu replied: “Don’t force us to throw you out.”
Another journalist intervened, emphasizing: “You can’t throw us out… but it wouldn’t cost you anything to give an answer that matters to the people.”
