The President of Ukraine, Volodymyr Zelensky, has congratulated Prime Minister Edi Rama on securing his fourth mandate following the May 11 elections in Albania.
“Congratulations to Edi Rama and the Socialist Party for the convincing victory in the elections. I wish you success in serving the Albanian people.”
Zelensky expressed appreciation for Albania’s firm and unwavering stance in support of sustainable peace for Ukraine, emphasizing that it can only be achieved through a comprehensive and unconditional ceasefire.
“I look forward to the further strengthening of the friendly relations between our countries, for the benefit of both our nations,” Zelensky’s message concluded.
