Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky left the White House without the escort of U.S. President Donald Trump, following a tense meeting in the Oval Office. The discussion, involving both Trump and U.S. Vice President JD Vance, grew strained, leading Zelensky to cut the meeting short.
Footage showed Zelensky hurriedly leaving the White House and entering a black SUV. Minutes before, Trump posted on his “Truth Social” account, claiming that Zelensky “disrespected the U.S. in their own office” and added, “He can return when he is ready for peace.”
