Kosovo and Lille forward Edon Zhegrova has won the “Fadil Vokrri” award for 2024.
The player, who has stood out this season in the Champions League by scoring goals against Real Madrid and Atletico Madrid, was presented with the award by the President of the Football Federation of Kosovo, Agim Ademi.
Zhegrova expressed his emotions upon receiving the recognition: “I feel very happy to receive this award, especially since it carries the name of the legend Fadil Vokrri. I hope that 2025 will be even more successful. I hope to achieve our goals with both Kosovo and my club. With Kosovo, I hope to reach our objectives alongside Coach Franco Foda and my teammates,” he said.
