The Energy Regulatory Office (ZRRE) has not ruled out the possibility of revising electricity tariffs again by the end of the year.
According to the chairman of ZRRE’s Board, Ymer Fejzullahu, the tariff review could result in either an increase or a decrease in electricity prices, depending on system costs.
“We can say that the next tariff review will take place in December… there could be an increase, but we do not exclude the possibility of a decrease in case of savings… adjustments will not be made arbitrarily, but will depend on system costs,” Fejzullahu stated.
His comments came after the latest meeting of ZRRE’s Board.
