The Councilors of the Zubin Potok Municipal Assembly today approved a decision for the municipality to withdraw from the Association of Kosovo Municipalities.
This is not the first time such a measure has been taken. The decision follows an earlier initiative presented by the municipality’s mayor, Miloš Perović, which had been included on the Municipal Assembly’s agenda.
However, that previous decision had been opposed by the Ministry of Local Government Administration of Kosovo.
Zubin Potok became part of the Association of Kosovo Municipalities in September 2023, at a time when the municipality was led by Mayor Izmir Zeqiri.
